Real Emergency Stories, Real Service
- Pulled a family SUV off I‑85 high speed left shoulder at 10:42 PM — car simply shut down. We quickly called 911 to help block the high speed lane for safety of the passengers and tow operator, relocated family members into our tow truck, loaded the vehicle and delivered it to the repair shop, which after bringing passengers home safely.
- Jumpstarted a locked-in food truck at 5:00 AM before morning catering
- Fixed detached wheel on the new GMC Sierra truck that just drove off from tire service and technician didn’t screw in all the lug nuts. Jacked up the truck, put the wheel back with all the scuffed lug nuts and towed it back to the tire center for customer claim and resolution as damage was made for over 2K because of the service center negligence. Our customer was happy with our quality honest service and speedy arrival within 13 minutes.
