Every few months, Express Towing opens its gates for a Public Car Auction right here at our shop in Duluth, GA. This 2-3 hours event is a perfect place for a local mechanics, a small auto dealerships, a DIY enthusiasts, or just someone looking for a great deal on a car. This is your chance to score vehicles for cash at unbeatable prices.
We sell vehicles declared abandoned and foreclosed pursuant to OCGA section 40-11-5 — which means they’ve been left unclaimed after towing and storage (due to parking violations, police impound, accidents), and are now up for public sale. Every car is sold as-is — so bring your flashlight, your mechanical know-how, and maybe your lucky bidding hat.

What to Expect at the Auction
Preview the cars — Arrive early to walk the lot, check under the hood, and make notes.
Bidding starts — Our auctioneer will move fast, so be ready when your car comes up. Usually auction starts at 12pm. Stay updated for the next upcoming auction.
Winning & payment — Cash only. Bring exact bills if you can.
Vehicle removal — You’ll need to tow or transport the car within the stated timeframe. Express Towing may provide discounted towing service, if needed.
Legal Details
- Sale type: Abandoned/foreclosed/impounded vehicles under OCGA section 40-11-5.
- Condition: Sold as-is with no warranties, expressed or implied. Some of them don’t work or were involved into accident, many do start and drive.
- Paperwork: We provide the necessary title documents or paperwork as required by Georgia law.
